We sincerely invite a full-stack testing and operations engineer who is proficient in system testing and possesses operational thinking. You will ensure the robustness and high availability of backend and node services through automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD), and participate in platform deployment, monitoring, and fault handling, ensuring uninterrupted system operation throughout the year.

Main Responsibilities

- Design and implement functional testing, performance testing, and security testing covering backend services and blockchain nodes

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, promoting best practices in automated testing and automated deployment

- Monitor the health status of production environments, configure and optimize monitoring and alerting systems such as Prometheus and Grafana

- Participate in online fault location and recovery, write operational scripts (Shell, Python), and optimize operational processes

- Collaborate closely with the development team to promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Delivery (CD)

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of experience in system testing or operations

- Familiar with Linux system administration, network protocols, and common automation operations tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)

- Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language (Go, Rust, Python, Shell), with practical experience in testing frameworks

- Familiar with node deployment and maintenance, understanding of P2P networks and RPC calling principles is preferred

- Deep understanding of performance optimization, high concurrency testing, and fault drills
