Description

  • Responsible for global staff recruitment, maintaining effective communication and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Identify, interview, and recommend candidates based on recruitment requirements, ensuring timely replacement of departing staff.
  • Assist in the development and management of relevant talent sourcing channels to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Propose improvements to existing recruitment policies, processes, systems, and tools, ensuring their implementation to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Support daily HR operations, including, but not limited to, employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.
  • Regularly analyze daily recruitment activities, prepare reports, and evaluate data.
  • Support the HR Team in providing advice on HR issues to employees and managers.
  • Assist in employee development initiatives and engagement events.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • More than 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, with a practical, proactive, and diligent approach.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English, with fluency in Mandarin.
  • Expected to serve as the primary point of contact for local HR-related inquiries, responding clearly, confidentially, and confidently to various issues at all organizational levels.
