Find On-site/Hybrid Jobs

1. Responsible for the daily operation and health monitoring of the exchange’s core business systems (matching engine, wallet, risk control, API, etc.), ensuring 24/7 platform stability.

2. Design and implement high-availability architectures (clustering, load balancing, disaster recovery) and develop disaster recovery and failover plans.

3. Drive operations automation and platformization to improve system deployment and release efficiency (e.g., Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD).

4. Deploy, upgrade, and monitor blockchain nodes (BTC, ETH, BSC, TRX, Solana, etc.).

5. Collaborate with the security team on system hardening, access control, and log auditing to prevent hacking attempts and financial risks.

6. Optimize cloud resources, database performance, and bandwidth usage to reduce operational costs.

7. Respond quickly to production incidents and work with development, security, and QA teams to support rapid business iterations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.

2. Over 5 years of operations experience in the internet or financial industry, with at least 2 years in blockchain or exchange operations.

3. Proficient in Linux systems and familiar with scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Go.

4. Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and large-scale cluster operations.

5. Experience in operating and optimizing databases such as MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.

6. Familiar with major cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, with hands-on DevOps experience.

7. Ability to work under high pressure and rapidly diagnose and resolve complex issues.

8. Able to read technical documentation in English and stay informed on blockchain open-source community developments.
