Description

Work Location: Based in Rayong, currently in a work-from-home mode. Once the business is more established, we plan to set up an office and warehouse locally. However, most of the actual work will still be carried out on-site at client companies or factories.

 

  • Maintain strong client relationships and explore deeper sales opportunities. Regularly visit and follow up with existing clients, collect feedback, resolve issues, and expand business with them.
  • Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, or online service platforms, providing accurate and timely information on products, usage, pricing, inventory, etc., to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with order placement, track and update customers on order status, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with internal teams on any order changes or cancellations.
  • Handle complaints and disputes with a proactive attitude. Calm client concerns, propose solutions, and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues, maintaining a professional company image.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Thai and Chinese (spoken and written); English proficiency for reading product materials and handling emails.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service. Familiar with customer support procedures and communication techniques; patient and service-oriented.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) products preferred; willingness to learn and communicate product features, functions, and advantages effectively.
  • Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); capable of accurate data input and order processing. Familiarity with CRM or customer service software is a plus.
  • Problem Solving: Strong logical thinking and problem analysis skills. Able to quickly identify issues and offer effective solutions.
  • Team Spirit: Cooperative and team-oriented, able to collaborate closely with others to complete tasks.
  • Personality: Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to change. Preferably "owl-type" (thoughtful and precise) personality.
  • Chinese-speaking Thai returnees (fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome).
