• Sales Process Execution and Contract Signing Assistance
• Participate in business negotiations, responsible for communicating specific terms and confirming details.
• Handle contractual procedural tasks (such as document preparation and internal approval follow-ups) and monitor potential execution risks.
• Efficiently execute the specific stages from pre-sales to contract implementation, ensuring timely payment collection.
• Responsible for daily maintenance of client relationships, implementing client care plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Market Information Collection and Support
• Collect and organize industry trends, client feedback, and competitive intelligence in assigned areas, implementing market strategy execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in B2B major account sales
- Japanese at a native level, must be proficient in English or Chinese
- Proficient in negotiation skills
