Description

  • This role involves market analysis, monitoring, planning and implementation, business and customer development, market resources accumulation, relationship maintenance with local authorities, brand building, risk management, etc., in order to support sales of current products, sales strategies for products to be launched, as well as business operations for the company in France.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with significant experience in biological drug sales, especially in oncology and autoimmune drugs.
  • In-depth understanding of sales, marketing, distribution, and reimbursement in hospital and retail markets in France.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the national and regional health systems in France.
  • Knowledge and relationships with key stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the pharmaceutical industry at all levels within Health Organizations.
  • Preferred experience in negotiating drug pricing and reimbursement conditions with health authorities, or experience in drug launching.
  • Must be results-oriented and strategic.
  • Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Excellent teamwork skills through open, authentic communication.
  • Languages: Native French speaker with good English proficiency.
