Penerangan

Oversee daily operations and ensure team productivity.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive working environment.
Prepare reports and communicate with upper management.
Promote team collaboration and enhance workflow efficiency.
prepares quotation, budgets and schedules from his specific accounts and enforces deadlines for deliveries.
Communicates clients' issues and concerns to management and staff and in turn, communicates the concern and capabilities of the company to the client.
Supervises the set-up and dismantle activities of sets and props for client programs.
works collaboratively with PMs, EPs, are director and program's staff in the execution of sets/props' design.
monitors set crew's activities and work performance.
prepares work accomplishment report regularly to operations head.

Syarat-syarat

Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, sales management, team player, presentation, analytical skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, customer management.

Graduate of Industrial Design, Interior Design or related courses.
At least 2 years' experience as a set supervisor
Can communicate well.
Computer literacy in MS Applications.
Dependable, honest and hardworking.
