The Proposal Manager role is designed to provide sales cycle support on complex proposals, Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, and other key documentation. The person will hold the responsibility to ensure on time submissions of high-quality proposals by working within a team to drive the process from receipt to submission. Included will be gathering, editing, writing, and customizing content that positions the client as a partner of choice. In addition to this role, will be the creation of content for sales use which includes fact sheets, biographies, PowerPoint presentations, case studies etc. Finally, this person will also work closely with their peers on the marketing team to support initiatives as required.

Position reports to: Head of Marketing & Communication

Shift: PH Night Shift, US hours (EST)

Responsibilities:

• Proposals and bid response submissions including gathering, editing, writing and proactively communicating project status along the way to the team comprised of Sales, Solution Design, Operation, Human Resources and executive staff.

• Content creation and customization of client’s content to align to specific client objectives and requirements.

• Adaptation of existing content (global or local) to be leveraged for proposals.

• Design, formatting & proofreading support of the various documents to be include with proposals.

• Learn, use, and update proposal database tool, Qorus.

• Submission of proposals via client’s unique portal or via email (and occasionally physical documentation if client requests it).

• Support in the creation and customization of sales presentations, or other documentation required during the sales cycle.

• Ensuring all deadlines are successfully met.

• Supporting marketing initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bid and proposal management.

• Excellent writing skills (for content creation and proposal writing)

• Ability to layout a highly professional look with all documentation

• Highly proactive, consistent and ongoing communications

• Detail oriented proofreader

• Highly organized and ability to manage to a deadline

• High sense of urgency

• Effective verbal communications skills

• Excellent collaboration skills as a team player

• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines when needed

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

• High level of proficiency with proposal database tools (Qvidian, Qorus)

• High level of proficiency with multiple online bid submission tools such as Ariba

• Experience with Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop) a plus
