Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and implement product strategies, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Monitor market trends and perform competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and challenges within the Australian and overseas markets.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end, making informed decisions based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Liaise with manufacturers/suppliers to obtain all necessary product information, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficacy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of our products.
- Lead key technology initiatives to enrich our offer and streamline the customer and supplier journey.
Product KPIs Management:
- Identify product pricing strategies through regular market research and competitive analysis, ensuring our products are positioned competitively while maximising profitability.
- Regularly track and analyse product profitability, implement strategic adjustments to ensure financial success.
Training and Collaborations:
- Educate and train the internal teams on product use, benefits, and value propositions, enhancing overall product knowledge and customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales team to develop effective product & promotional materials and campaigns, ensuring our products reach their target audiences effectively.
- Provide ongoing support to the internal teams and customers about the products details, including technical questions, documents or presentations.
