JOB DESCRIPTION:

Payroll Specialists use excellent mathematical and data entry skills to process pay.

Duties include:

• Checking timesheets for accuracy
• Entering data into databases and spreadsheets
• Handling direct deposit requests and data
• Processing paper checks for distribution
• Acquiring all necessary signatures to distribute payroll
• Processing wage garnishments
• Making adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses and commission

• With at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Must be bachelor's degree graduate
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll, especially Post-Payroll processing and Month-End reporting.
• Experience with reporting and reconciling transactions, particularly in relation to funding reports, final pay, and ITR reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Philippine timekeeping to manage late timesheet reconciliation and posting.
• Excellent attention to detail
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple administrative tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in REMOTE SET UP
• MUST BE RESIDING IN/NEAR METRO MANILA ONLY.
