The APAC Early Career Recruitment Coordinator Analyst SME is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to;

• Supporting regional end-to-end operational tasks for Early Career recruitment, onboarding, university relations, branding, marketing, and communications.
• Handling candidate inquiries and escalating complaints
• Providing ad hoc support to Recruiters in Events and Interviews Management
• Managing online Early Career Event Registration via Workday
• Supporting Recruiters in reviewing candidates’ applications and scheduling interviews

Additionally, the Recruitment Coordinator SME will support TA leads and recruiters in completing transactional activities and provide advisory support during the campus recruitment process.

• Annual program headcount reporting
• System reports on requisitions, candidates and offers
• Offline candidate pipeline tracking and diversity recruitment reports
• Early Career program database tracking assistance
• Lead training for EC TAO team and internal stakeholders.
• Providing regional governance guidance on offer and onboarding processes for all countries.
• Liaising with Talent Acquisition Operations and Country EC TA team to manage intern and full-time onboarding
• Serving as Point of Contact for system feed issues, troubleshooting tech issues with Global Systems Team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree level
• Preferably 2-5 years Recruitment Process Outsourcing/Recruitment Operations work experience.
• Knowledge of graduate recruitment and mass volume recruitment experience is highly desirable
• Working knowledge using Workday recruitment is a plus
• Must have attention to details, and be data savvy 
• Able to handle high volume of work and adaptable to change 
• Client-focused, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong team player, willing to learn and share experience with other team members

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
