Description

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical components
  • Carry out general handyman duties such as painting, carpentry, and minor repairs
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inventory
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate larger-scale projects and renovations
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

  • High School or Vocational graduate.
  • At least 1 year working experience in Repairs and Maintenance.
  • Knowledgeable in Carpentry/Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ermita, Manila.
