Installation and configuration: Set up and configure software and hardware, including operating systems and application software
User management: Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure only authorized users have access
Monitoring: Monitor system performance and detect and resolve issues before they impact users
Security: Implement security measures to protect against hacking and data breaches
Troubleshooting: Respond to employee concerns relating to IT and troubleshoot IT issues
Documentation: Write policy documents and training materials for employees
Coordination: Coordinate with company leadership to determine new technologies and enhancements for company systems

Bachelor's degree in Computer/IT or related courses
5 years working experience in Information and Technology
Solid work background in general IT works - Infra (Network, Security, Server, etc.) and Software/Application Support
Willing to work under initial 1 year contract (renewal/conversion to permanent depends to performance)
Must be open to work on any shift schedule -- mostly night time
Must have good command in English Language
