Penerangan

Provide technical support to staff, focusing on hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.)
Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of network systems
Keep track of IT support requests and solutions
Help implement new technologies and upgrades
Support the IT team and collaborate on system and network improvements
Provide basic IT training and guidance to users

Syarat-syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Knowledge of hardware components (PCs, printers, network devices)
Experience troubleshooting technical problems
Good communication skills and a helpful, service-oriented attitude
Ability to work well independently or in a team
Eagerness to learn and stay updated on new technologies
