About the Role

You’ll be at the forefront of designing and developing scalable, Digital Certificate Lifecycle Management Platform that will be used by companies in Europe to secure data-intensive processes that involve server, client (end-user desktop and mobile), and IoT devices across the continent.

This full-time role is 100% Remote. We work 40 flexible hours weekly and observe core business hours between 3pm to 8pm Philippine time.

You are a good fit if:

• You are a *real full stack developer*: Able to design and develop software components and provision virtual or bare metal machines to deploy and run the same in a secure execution environment.

Tech Stack & Tools:

• Languages: C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, Shell Scripting (Bash, Powershell)
• Backend: ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC, Minimal API)
• Frontend: Modern JS frameworks (Angular preferred, React/Vue/Svelte welcome)
• Databases: SQL Server, optimizing queries & performance tuning
• DevOps & Infra: Docker, IIS, Nginx, Azure (Blob Storage, VMs, Service Bus, DevOps)

What You’ll Do

• Develop & support mission-critical applications in .NET
• Identify application bottlenecks, applying optimizations where necessary.
• Ensure alignment with best practices in software development & cloud deployment.
• Enhance existing applications to improve stability, speed, and maintainability.
• Collaborating with engineers in Germany during core business hours, (3 PM - 8 PM PHT GMT+8).

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in enterprise software development
• 3+ years of experience in Web Application Development using ASP.NET Core and C#
• Strong SQL & relational database skills—able to optimize slow queries.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred, React/Vue welcome).
• Strong experience in automating Linux or Windows Server tasks using Bash or Powershell scripts.

Strongly Preferred Experience:

We are looking to hire experts who have real and recent project experience in designing and developing highly available and scalable software platforms. To qualify for the top of the salary range, you must have at least two (2) of the following preferred qualifications:

• Close integration with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory)
• CI/CD & Automation: Hands-on experience building end-to-end pipelines (build, test, deploy) for .NET Applications with Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Github Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins from ground up
• Recent experience containerizing legacy .NET applications (both .NET Framework and .NET Core)
• Event-Driven Systems: Design and implement messaging infrastructure using RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, NServiceBus, or MassTransit, that can scale out to multiple concurrent subscribers
• Observability & Monitoring: Experience setting up OpenTelemetry, Prometheus (and/or Loki) + Grafana, or Azure App Insights.
• Actor Frameworks: Professional experience with Dapr, Orleans, ProtoActor, or Akka.NET.
• Geo-Distributed Systems: Architecting highly available application and database clusters across data centers.

Recruitment Process:

• Pre-screened applicants will receive a call from our Talent Acquisition Team to assess qualifications fit. Duration: 15-20 minutes
• Assessed applicants will be scheduled for an interview with our Head of People and Culture to talk about actual experiences in the workplace. Duration: 30-45 minutes.
• Qualified applicants will be invited to a technical interview to demonstrate practical tech skills. We DO NOT USE Computer Science trivia or brainteasers in the process. Duration: 1.5 hours
• Final Interview with the project team in Germany. Duration: 30-45 minutes.
