• Encodes Daily Cash Sales, exhibits & off-site sales
• Encodes Credit Memo for returned books for cash transactions
• Accomplishes Daily Sales Reconciliation
• Reconciles the Cash Sales Report from MACOLA to total sales from ARIES
• Assists in the issuance of Collection Receipts (ARIES)
• Issues Sales Invoice for Cash & Charge Sales Invoice for credit card transactions
• Post receipts and issues of stocks for consigned Publication Books to the computerized program (MACOLA) for consignment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php501.00 per day
