Marketing

Represent the project by attending and organizing offline marketing events, assisting other regions in narrative building and product-related explanations, attracting and expanding the user and consensus group of initiatives.
Gain an in-depth understanding of the overall structure of the target market, including user needs, market size, and competitive landscape; develop, implement, and execute growth strategies, managing user acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion for Web3 AI products, and being responsible for user and business growth.
Establish community teams and partnerships to expand the market, connect and maintain global community and project resources, play a leadership role in multi-functional collaboration, and drive the globalization of the project.

Preference for well-known project CMO or partner
Network resources: Possess rich market customer acquisition resources and skills, with the ability to rapidly integrate resources, such as building community teams or agency networks
Experience: In-depth understanding of the web3 or AI ecosystem, market operations, user operations with deep penetrative experience, participation in multiple industry conferences or forums, and establishing connections with key industry resources
Communication skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of cross-cultural coordination of multiple resources
Performance-oriented: Proven successful business cases or performance data, able to showcase specific results
Expertise in refining strategies within communities and markets, with data analysis and metrics integration capabilities, able to achieve data-driven and market operations integration
Familiarity with the digital currency policies, regulatory environment, and trends in the target region
Overseas Chinese (mandatory), fluent in English
Able to accept irregular cross-national and cross-regional business trips
