Web3 Product Manager

Job Description:

Product Planning and Design:
Ability to lead and formulate detailed plans for Web3 products (including Dex, Swap, wallets, DeFi, etc.), including functional features, user experience, underlying logic, etc.
Draft clear and high-quality product design proposals, including interface design, interaction processes, functional logic, calculation formulas, etc., ensuring that product designs meet user needs and market trends.
Market Insight and Competitor Analysis:
In-depth analysis of the dynamics of the market for Web3 products, including changes in user needs, industry development trends, policies, and regulations.
Conduct comprehensive and in-depth analysis of competitors, including their product features, market positioning, user feedback, etc.
Based on market analysis results, propose targeted product optimization plans, including but not limited to new features, interface optimization, user experience enhancement, etc.
Stay updated on market changes and continuously optimize product strategies to ensure product competitiveness and market position.
Project Management and Advancement:
Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects that meet quality standards, run smoothly, and provide excellent user experience without serious failures.
Coordinate cross-departmental resources, resolve issues and obstacles encountered during project execution, ensuring smooth project progression.
Timely adjust product strategies and features based on user feedback and data analysis results, continuously optimizing user experience.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate closely with team members to promote information sharing and team cooperation, jointly advancing project progress.
Maintain good communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project goals align with the company’s overall strategy.
Other Duties:
Actively follow the arrangements of the company and Team Leader to facilitate the smooth operation of the team and the advancement of projects.

Job Requirements

1. Direct experience in the industry, familiar with the principles and differences of Uniswap V2/V3, understanding of product principles and order-splitting algorithms for aggregation trades like 1inch, and familiarity with product principles of leading cross-chain bridges like Stargate.

2. Over 3 years of experience as an internet product manager, with more than 2 years of experience in the financial, securities, futures, or cryptocurrency trading industries; degrees in finance, computer science, mathematics, or related fields are preferred.

3. Successful experience with Web3 products, possessing abilities in product planning, operational coordination, and execution.

4. Active thinker, clear logical reasoning, able to express thoughts and insights clearly, and good at communicating with colleagues from other departments.

5. Proficient in mainstream product design tools and skilled in using software tools such as Axure, Office, Figma, etc.

6. Familiarity with the financial, securities, and futures trading industries is preferred.
