Description:

As a Call Center Agent at Concentrix, you will:

• Answer calls, chats, or emails from customers.
• Assist with billing, product inquiries, account updates, and technical troubleshooting.
• Provide excellent customer service with accuracy and empathy.
• Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
• Escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for both newbies and experienced agents who want to grow in a supportive and world-class company.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (Old Curriculum)
• No BPO experience required – fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills (English or Tagalog)
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
