Achieve Brand sales and profit targets through brand-building programs that improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty, and increase market share.


  • Establishes a clear and compelling vision for the brand and product portfolio in relation to Principal’s and CBK’s vision.
  • Champions a broad strategic framework to achieve profitable long–term growth for assigned brands and their product lines by ensuring that the brand sustains a meaningful long-term consumer position.
  • Manages the development and implementation of the 4Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion) of brand marketing in line with the basic strategic objective of achieving profitable growth.
  • Work with the Sales, Marketing, and Procurement Team in the annual sales forecasting exercise and in the regular Sales and Marketing meetings that include evaluation of sales achievement and the calibration of joint Brand and Sales programs in order to surpass or hit sales targets.
  • Responsible for the achievement of the Brand P&L through proactive management.
  • Conducts regular Business Reviews with the Brand principal to align and thresh out brand issues and be appraised on new market data and information as well as new product updates by the Brand principal.
  • Coordinate with the creative team in the development and implementation of communication assets.
  • Perform other related tactical tasks that could improve brand sales performance from time to time.

Syarat-syarat


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any Business-related course
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Brand or Product management
  • Proven experience in Forecasting, Pricing Strategy, and Inventory Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
