The Opportunity

Innosen Inc. is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that drive our business forward. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java SpringBoot.

• Build responsive, user-friendly mobile and web applications with Flutter.

• Design and optimize database schemas using SQLite and Postgres.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance.

• 3+ years of professional experience as an Application Developer.

• Strong proficiency in Java SpringBoot for building RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Hands-on experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile and web development.

• Expertise in SQL with experience in SQLite and Postgres database design and optimization.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Ability to write efficient, testable, and maintainable code.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Application Developer or in a similar role

• Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript

• Hands-on experience with front-end (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Django) frameworks

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development
