We are seeking for a meticulous and highly organized Technical Project Coordinator to oversee and streamline our project activities. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex technical projects. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our projects are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget


1. Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, objectives, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress against these plans.
  • Coordinate and manage techncial project activities, from initiation to completion, ensuring all project phases are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and escalate them as necessary.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project requirements.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key metrics and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

3. Risk Management

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project risks continuously and implement contingency plans as necessary.


4. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, user manuals, and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members and stakeholders.

5. Process Improvement

  • Assist in developing and implementing project management processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.


6. Technical Support

  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams to ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Facilitate the resolution of project-related technical issues promptly.
  • Support the technical team in resolving project-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about project status and changes.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a variety of projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and update contact lists, send invitations, track responses, and monitor results for various projects. 
  • Maintain professional, prompt, and courteous communication with clients, customers, and internal teams via phone and email. 
  • Anticipate the needs of the internal team, clients, and customers to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Update project tracking documents weekly to assist project managers in sending weekly communication to clients. 
  • Maintain and update client project tracking documents and CRMs as necessary to ensure the accuracy of project information. 
  • Support the internal team by keeping data-tracking files and documents up to date. 
  • Schedule various market development activities using multiple scheduling systems. 
  • Build and edit surveys across different data and survey platforms to capture relevant project data. 
  • Generate project reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct research as required to support project goals. 
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and resolve any project-related issues, ensuring projects stay on track. 
  • Maintain clear documentation and project files for easy reference and smooth communication between teams. 
  • Handle ad hoc tasks related to project needs, including but not limited to research, data analysis, client follow-ups, and coordination of additional project activities. 
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports as needed for management and clients. 
  • Participate in team meetings, providing status updates and feedback to ensure alignment across departments.
