1. Plan and design a data metrics system based on business and product needs, facilitate data collection, complete data integration and processing, develop relevant statistical reports, and conduct data monitoring and tracking to achieve visual reports that support business decision-making;

2. Construct user profiles/labels based on user attributes and behavior data, continuously optimize and improve them to provide foundational support for refined operations and user analysis;

3. Conduct in-depth analysis of business/operations data through scientific analytical methods and data modeling to identify potential business opportunities, risks, or defects, providing data support and recommendations for company strategy and product decisions;

4. Monitor and alert on data, establish an anomaly data alert mechanism, analyze influencing factors through DAU/MAU fluctuation analysis and user churn path restoration to drive product iteration.

Data Analyst (Base in Shenzhen, Remote/Web3 Financial Data Platform)

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields, with two or more years of relevant work experience; proficiency in English as a working language is preferred;

2. Familiarity with data modeling knowledge and data mining theories, and mastery of data analysis methodologies;

3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SAS, GA, TB, and familiarity with SQL script writing;

4. Experience in big data analysis, financial data analysis, or business analysis is preferred;

5. Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, with strong logical reasoning, learning, and comprehension abilities, along with good communication skills, a high level of responsibility, and a spirit of teamwork.
