  • Develop and execute SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Implement database security policies and access controls.
  • Monitor and address security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage user roles and permissions.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Diagnose and resolve database issues and performance problems.
  • Provide support for database-related queries and incidents.
  • Maintain documentation related to database configurations and procedures.
  • Upgrades and Patches:
  • Plan and execute database upgrades, patches, and migrations.
  • Evaluate and deploy new technologies or tools that enhance database functionality.
  • Disaster Recovery:
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures.


Ensure regular backups and verify the ability to restore data in case of a failure.

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and optimize platform features.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data management, validation rules, and automation processes. Conduct system maintenance and security reviews.
  • Communicate platform updates to users and stakeholders. Develop and deliver training sessions and maintain user guides and technical documentation.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing analytics and performance tracking. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a platform roadmap aligned with business goals. Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks and support other departments as needed to achieve organizational objectives.
