Bachelor's degree or higher.

Passionate about decentralized finance (DeFi) and deeply interested in blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency market.

In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency economics (Tokenomics), particularly familiar with core concepts in the DeFi field, including Staking, Bonding, Lending, and liquidity provision mechanisms (such as Uniswap V2/V3 and similar LP models), with the ability to discern their strategic significance and application value.

Excellent data analysis skills, capable of extracting key insights from complex datasets and effectively communicating and presenting them to stakeholders.

Relevant experience in market research, data analysis, or strategy development in the blockchain or finance industry.

Comprehensive understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity mechanisms, arbitrage strategies, and overall market dynamics, with a deep awareness of liquidity provisioning processes and on-chain arbitrage opportunities.
