Description
1. Technical Troubleshooting
- Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving software/hardware issues.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on installations, configurations, and system updates.
2. Customer Assistance & Case Handling
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Log and track issues using ticketing systems (JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in tech support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role is a plus.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software troubleshooting.
