Logistics Technology Hardware After-Sales Manager - Warsaw
Our client is a China-based global e-commerce smart logistics solution provider. They are currently expanding their EUSEA & Global Parcel Business and are seeking experienced professionals.
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Smart Hardware After-Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong technical background in smart hardware products. They will be responsible for providing exceptional after-sales support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing product returns and exchanges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate after-sales support to customers via phone, email, and onsite assistance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with smart parcel locker products or other Cainiao logistics technology products.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Manage the process for product returns and exchanges.
- Stay knowledgeable about the company's smart technology products and updates.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and recurring technical issues.
Blockchain Business Development Manager
1. Create and manage online and offline communities, using social media platforms (such as Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, etc.) to increase user engagement.
2. Organize and plan community activities, such as AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, online discussions, and offline meetups.
3. Develop and execute community content strategies, writing and publishing high-quality articles, blogs, press releases, announcements, and other relevant content.
4. Establish and maintain good relationships with community members, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other key stakeholders.
5. Collect and analyze user feedback to understand user needs and market trends, providing improvement suggestions to the product and marketing teams.
6. Promote the company brand through social media and other channels to enhance brand awareness and influence.
7. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, representing the company in communication and promotion with potential clients and partners.
8. Use analytical tools to track engagement on social media and community platforms to improve operational efficiency.
