We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment Team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s current and future workforce needs.

• Sourcing & Recruitment
• Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Candidate Screening & Selection
• Review resumes, screen applications, and conduct initial phone/virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Will be mostly marketing tasks, like
• Posting/engaging on FB
• Having conversations with locals, funneling to sales call
• Creating graphics on Canva for email/social promos
• Creating email content
• Creating social media content
• Creating generic blog posts for SEO
• Data entry work for P/L etc
• Administrative work such as texting clients (very simple, non complex)
• Ideally is pretty good at computers, knows how to use programs, can type relatively quickly

• Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform repairs and replacements of defective components or systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and installations performed.

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop sales strategies to expand the customer base.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
