• Responsible for product planning and design of the company's cryptocurrency OTC and C2C trading businesses, including core modules such as matching systems, risk control systems, order management, and payment processes;
• Analyze user behavior and market demands to optimize user matching efficiency, trading security, and smooth experience;
• Drive the integration of multiple cryptocurrencies, fiat currencies, and payment channels (credit cards, Alipay, FPS, PIX, etc.) to enhance global trading adaptability;
• Collaborate with risk control, compliance, and operations teams to design risk control rules and KYC processes, ensuring transactions are legal, safe, and compliant;
• Continuously monitor data performance (transaction volume, conversion rates, complaint rates, etc.) and drive product iteration and growth strategies;
• Focus on industry trends and competitor dynamics to enhance the platform's user experience and market competitiveness in the OTC/C2C sector.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of experience in internet product management and over 2 years in cryptocurrency product management;
• Experience in complete product design for OTC or C2C cryptocurrency trading platforms, familiar with order matching mechanisms, trading processes, and user protection mechanisms;
• In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency, fiat currency channels, and payment channels (P2P, third-party, overseas payments);
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills, able to communicate efficiently with R&D, risk control, compliance, and operations teams;
• Proficient in product design tools (Axure, Sketch, Figma, Jira, etc.), with strong product documentation skills;
• Fluent in reading and writing English, capable of proficiently reading and writing English PRDs and communicating with overseas teams.

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience in building or optimizing global C2C trading systems (e.g., Southeast Asia, Latin America, Middle East markets);
• Familiarity with OTC product forms of mainstream exchanges (e.g., Binance P2P, OKX, Bybit, KuCoin, etc.);
• Experience in designing modules for risk control, compliance, payment channel integration, and identity verification (KYC);
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry's KYT and AML processes, understanding compliance review, freezing, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
