Description

【Job Responsibilities】:

1. Responsible for identifying, segmenting, and managing the lifecycle of high-value users (SVIP) on the platform/game, developing exclusive operational strategies to enhance user retention, activity, and payment conversion.

2. Design the SVIP privilege system (such as exclusive events, gift packages, customer service, community benefits, etc.) to optimize user experience and sense of belonging.

3. Establish SVIP user profiles, analyze behavioral data, uncover needs, and drive product optimization.

4. Plan online and offline activities targeting high-net-worth users (such as exclusive competitions, meet-and-greets, customized content, etc.) to enhance user engagement and brand loyalty.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to design exclusive marketing programs for SVIP users (such as limited-time recharge rebates, scarcity item distribution, etc.) to drive revenue growth.



Requirements

【Job Requirements】:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in operating high-net-worth users (such as VIP/large R users), with successful cases preferred. Familiarity with the payment psychology of overseas online gaming users and possessing a mature methodology. Strong business acumen to balance user experience with revenue goals.

2. Proficient in data analysis tools, capable of independently conducting user segmentation modeling and behavior analysis. Strong business acumen to balance user experience with revenue goals.

3. Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating multiple resources to drive project implementation.

4. Familiarity with the gaming social ecosystem (such as guilds, leaderboards, etc.) and experience in community/private domain operations.
