We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Developer with strong expertise in both solution design and technical development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting, customizing, and implementing Oracle CC&B solutions to meet complex business requirements in the utilities domain.

Design Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle CC&B solutions.
• Design technical architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
• Create high-level and detailed design documents including functional and technical specifications.
• Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) best practices.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and business analysts to align solutions with enterprise standards.

Development Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Oracle CC&B components including Business Objects, Zones, Portals, Plug-ins, and Batch Jobs.
• Write and optimize Java, Groovy, SQL, and PL/SQL code within the OUAF framework.
• Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using web services (SOAP/REST).
• Conduct unit testing, support system integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B including both design and development.
• Strong command of Java, Groovy, SQL, PL/SQL, and XML.
• Deep understanding of OUAF architecture and CC&B data model.
• Experience in designing and implementing batch processes and real-time integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
