We're Hiring: Facility Management Coordinator (Remote – Australia-based)

Join a fast-growing construction maintenance start-up providing essential repair and maintenance services across Australia. We’re looking for a Facility Management Coordinator who will play a vital role in sourcing and coordinating reliable tradies, subcontractors, handymen, and repair personnel to address client work orders quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call out and coordinate with qualified tradies and subcontractors across Australia
• Source and vet handymen and repairmen for various property maintenance jobs (e.g., door repairs, plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry)
• Ensure assigned work orders are tracked in progress and completed within the timeline
• Maintain clear communication between tradies, subcontractors, clients, and internal team
• Support with job scheduling, follow-ups, and quality assurance checks

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in facilities coordination, property maintenance, or trade sourcing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills via calls, emails, and SMS
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with construction and maintenance-related trades and services
• Must be based in Australia and available during business hours (Mon-Fri, 10am – 7pm Melbourne)
