We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst with experience in Power BI and strong Excel skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and be capable of creating insightful Power BI reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.

This is a part time role up to 20 hours, hours can be increased for the right candidate

based on performance.

While proficiency in SQL and Amazon QuickSight is a bonus, we are committed to investing in the right candidate by providing training and upskilling opportunities.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, the ability to manage their workload independently, and a knack for quickly grasping new concepts. • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of data cleansing processes, methodologies, and changes made.

• Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as data analysts, data scientists, or IT departments, to understand data requirements and address issues.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports on data quality, cleansing progress, and formatting results.

• Responsible for the design, construction, and optimization of data warehouse ETL, creating a reliable and stable foundational data layer capability;
• Fully understand business requirements and transform them into a reasonable data model, completing the development and implementation of business data requirements;
• Proficient in SQL, with expertise in handling complex queries and performance tuning;
• Familiar with mainstream BI tools and capable of application development based on BI tools, with preference given to those familiar with Grafana;
• Participate in other daily work including but not limited to data asset governance and data quality assurance;

• Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate the performance of the academy, club, and potential new ventures.
• Prepare investment decks to present key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct investment analysis by assessing financial viability, ROI, and market trends in the sports industry.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential financial and operational risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and projections for informed decision-making.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for investors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and economic factors influencing the sports business.
