Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data Review and Validation: Examine data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Data Cleansing: Remove duplicate records, standardize data formats, and rectify inaccuracies in datasets.
• Data Formatting: Convert data into a standard format suitable for analysis or reporting. Ensure data is organized and structured according to project requirements.
• Data Integration: Merge data from various sources into a unified format and ensure compatibility.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of data cleansing processes, methodologies, and changes made.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and follow data quality standards and practices. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as data analysts, data scientists, or IT departments, to understand data requirements and address issues.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports on data quality, cleansing progress, and formatting results.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data-related issues or anomalies. Provide solutions to improve data quality.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst with experience in Power BI and strong Excel skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and be capable of creating insightful Power BI reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.

This is a part time role up to 20 hours, hours can be increased for the right candidate

based on performance.

While proficiency in SQL and Amazon QuickSight is a bonus, we are committed to investing in the right candidate by providing training and upskilling opportunities.

• Responsible for the design, construction, and optimization of data warehouse ETL, creating a reliable and stable foundational data layer capability;
• Fully understand business requirements and transform them into a reasonable data model, completing the development and implementation of business data requirements;
• Proficient in SQL, with expertise in handling complex queries and performance tuning;
• Familiar with mainstream BI tools and capable of application development based on BI tools, with preference given to those familiar with Grafana;
• Participate in other daily work including but not limited to data asset governance and data quality assurance;

• Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate the performance of the academy, club, and potential new ventures.
• Prepare investment decks to present key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct investment analysis by assessing financial viability, ROI, and market trends in the sports industry.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential financial and operational risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and projections for informed decision-making.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for investors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and economic factors influencing the sports business.

• Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on web applications to proactively identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain penetration testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage across various web systems.
• Prepare detailed analysis reports, including vulnerability descriptions, risk impact, and actionable remediation recommendations to improve security posture.
• Stay informed on emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to ensure our systems remain secure and resilient.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance on secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation.

1. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, global investors, funds and VCs
2. Source and evaluate investment opportunities in Web3, with focus on early-stage startups
3. Execute detailed research and analysis, including market research, business modeling, competitor research and financial analysis
4. Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective investments and present well-informed recommendations to the company.
5. Lead/support deals from inception through closing
6. Support fund in post investment management, risk management, exit strategies etc.
7. Contribute to research reports that cover industry trends, investment thesis, macro ideas, market insights.

• Conduct security assessments, including vulnerability scanning, log analysis, and assisting in penetration testing, to identify and mitigate risks across system infrastructures and applications.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents using tools like SIEM to ensure timely detection and response to threats.
• Develop and maintain strategies for improving the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Perform tasks related to system hardening, access control validation, and implementing mitigation measures for identified vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and deliver security reports and dashboards for management, outlining key findings, risk impacts, and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed on emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to proactively enhance defensive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate vulnerabilities, improve security configurations, and promote security awareness.

Web 3 accounting and bookkeeping

• Analyze and implement security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information.
• Identify and define system security requirements and advise on best practices for Spark Shield Technology's clients.
• Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular system tests and ensure continuous monitoring of network security.
• Collaborate with the tech team to manage potential threat analyses and provide strategic resolutions.

• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain logistics reports and dashboards for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and distribution processes.
• Monitor transportation and logistics activities to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of logistics projects.
• Provide recommendations for process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.
