The main responsibilities for this role will be:
1. Customer Needs and Project Acquisition:
- Understand and meet customer needs, ensuring proposals align with their expectations.
- Interact with existing and potential customers to acquire new projects.
2. Sales Strategy and Market Expansion:
- Develop sales strategies to win new projects and customers.
- Define the value propositions in projects to ensure competitive proposals.
- Prioritize project quotes to optimize success rates.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop new markets, segments, and products.
- Maintain contact with customers at all levels to ensure strong relationships.
4. Sales Process and Contract Negotiation:
- Coordinate the entire sales process, including target setting, quoting, and sales activity meetings.
- Participate in contract negotiations involving performance requirements, schedules, layouts, and project pricing.
5. Project Handover and Group Collaboration:
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to the execution teams post-contract signing.
- Understand the activities of our Group Company during the sales phase of projects.
6. Market and Product:
- Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on market trends, providing input to the R&D roadmap.
- Prepare content for presentations related to products.
- Learn about products, processes, and business principles, and coach colleagues.
