1. Intellicare 90K MBL no dependents

2. Monthly Rice Allowance equals to 800 pesos

3. Monthly housing subsidy allowance is 800 pesos to be paid every end of the month 

4. Annual Sick Leave Credits - 7 days available after 1 year upon regularization and convertible to cash every end of the year

5. Annual Vacation Leave 7 days credit available after 1 year upon regularization, non cumulative and non convertible in cash.

6. Bereavement Leave credits 2 days

7. Annual Performance Appraisal
