Overview

The Brand Specialist plays a crucial role in upholding our client's brand integrity and overall creative strategy. Your main focus will be ensuring that all design projects meet our client's unique brand standards and our high creative benchmarks. While you won't be generating new content, you'll need a keen understanding of design principles and the ability to adapt brand guidelines for various regional and local applications.


Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST/PST


Scope of Work: 

  • Daily Collaboration: Engages daily with Customers, Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and Creatives.
  • Client Communication: Engage directly with Design Pickle's customers to comprehend their unique requests, set appropriate delivery expectations, and provide individualized and exceptional graphic designs.
  • Collaborative Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the Team Coordinator, Quality Specialists, and other applicable teams to ensure design quality adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Creation of Visual Content: Work closely with the production team to craft visually engaging designs for various platforms including social media, websites, and digital channels.
  • Graphic Editing and Creation: Transform raw visual assets into polished, high-quality designs aligned with brand guidelines and client messaging
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain custom illustration assets efficiently for seamless workflow and future reference.
  • Skill Enhancement: Stay updated with the latest design software and techniques to ensure the highest quality output.

One of our clients is looking for a hands-on Project Manager who will act as an integrator for the CEO, helping streamline day-to-day operations, manage product launches, and execute marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, experience in project management, and a track record of bringing products to market. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and partners, including managing trade show logistics. 



  • Integrator for CEO: Act as a key support for the CEO, taking ownership of various tasks and projects to help streamline operations and free up leadership focus. 
  • Product Launches: Lead the project management of new product launches, coordinating with internal teams, marketing, and external vendors to ensure timely and successful product rollouts. 
  • Marketing Campaigns: Oversee and execute marketing campaigns, working closely with marketing teams and external partners to ensure all promotional activities are aligned with company’s brand strategy. 
  • Vendor & Event Management: Manage logistics for events like trade shows, liaising with vendors for printing, signage, and coordinating PR and marketing efforts. 
  • Use of Microsoft Suite: Utilize Microsoft Suite, including Planner, to track, organize, and manage project tasks and timelines across departments. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) and external partners (e.g., contractors, vendors) to ensure seamless execution of projects. 
  • Event Planning: Coordinate the company’s participation in events, including tradeshows, ensuring that the company is well-represented and that marketing campaigns support these events. 
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist leadership with other related tasks as needed to support ongoing projects and operations.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to create high-quality content that reaches the target audience.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communication campaigns that drive brand awareness, reinforce brand image, and promote products to both consumers and healthcare professionals.

 

 

3. Brand Management :

  • Coordinate with the product team on NPD (New Product Development) projects, packaging optimization, promotions, and the creation of training materials and sales collateral
  • Design consumer campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and fostering loyalty, while developing and presenting business cases to drive innovation and incremental brand growth
  • Create and oversee high-quality marketing assets, including visuals and sales materials, to support the brand’s communication strategies and ensure alignment with overall brand goals.
  • Manage PR activities and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and maintain a strong public image.
  • Develop and manage segmentation and loyalty programs to strengthen consumer engagement and drive repeat business.

 

4.Brand Performance Monitoring

 

  • Develop KPIs to measure brand health and campaign performance.
  • Use analytics tools to track brand engagement and adapt strategy accordingly.

 

5.Budget Management

 

  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently across all brand efforts.
  • Evaluate ROI for marketing programs and report findings to senior management.
