2. Over 3 years of experience as an internet product manager, with more than 2 years of experience in the financial, securities, futures, or cryptocurrency trading industries; degrees in finance, computer science, mathematics, or related fields are preferred.
3. Successful experience with Web3 products, possessing abilities in product planning, operational coordination, and execution.
4. Active thinker, clear logical reasoning, able to express thoughts and insights clearly, and good at communicating with colleagues from other departments.
5. Proficient in mainstream product design tools and skilled in using software tools such as Axure, Office, Figma, etc.
6. Familiarity with the financial, securities, and futures trading industries is preferred.

a. Formulate and implement user growth strategies to drive new user acquisition and retention of existing users.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product operations, serving as the link between various collaboration departments with a solid understanding of the product from the operational side;
