Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, functional design, and requirement management of the Crypto C-end deposit and withdrawal features, coin management system, risk control audit system, and user self-service product features (C-end functionality and supporting management backend).

Responsible for collaborating with internal teams such as Wallet, Finance, Risk Control, Security, Customer Service, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) to build the functional system.

Responsible for liaising with teams from spot trading, fiat currency, wealth management, and supporting daily operational tasks.

Responsible for detailed product feature planning and product design, including but not limited to business requirement communication, drafting PRD documents, functional process mapping, detailing functional points, logical reasoning for each functional point, and field organization, while assisting the development team in understanding and mastering requirements, designing system architecture, and arranging iteration plans.

Job Requirements:

3 - 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in using prototyping tools such as Axure and Mockplus, as well as process and mind mapping tools like Visio and MindManager. Strong ability to write PRD documents, clearly articulating product logic and functional details.

Possesses strong project management skills, able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental resources, manage project timelines, and ensure successful project delivery. Good communication and coordination skills, with a team spirit and a knack for listening to needs and harmonizing interests among parties to reach consensus.

Data-driven mindset, familiar with data analysis methods and tools, capable of troubleshooting and optimizing products through data mining. Strong learning ability and innovation awareness, with an active interest in industry trends, introducing new technologies and concepts to enhance products.

Experience with on-chain deposit and withdrawal product functions in exchanges is preferred.

Familiarity with different coin and blockchain ecosystems and protocol operating mechanisms is preferred.
