Job Responsibilities (Experience in Web3 is preferred)

1. Participate in the requirements analysis of software products, responsible for the design of test plans and test cases, as well as the execution of corresponding automated testing, performance testing, and other testing activities, implementing testing standards and processes;

2. Communicate and collaborate with other testers, developers, product managers, and project management personnel to successfully deliver projects;

3. Analyze business requirements and develop tools to address testing tasks that are difficult to accomplish manually, enhancing testing efficiency;

4. Improve quality processes, manage quality risks, effectively ensure the product quality of delivered projects, summarize product quality issues, and propose quality iteration and improvement plans.

Qualifications:

1. Over 3 years of experience in internet testing;

2. Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, Shell, etc., and knowledge of databases like MySQL;

3. Full-stack testing for both client-side and server-side; experience in performance and automation testing;

4. Proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to handle significant pressure;

5. Strong logical thinking skills, good learning ability, analytical skills, and problem-solving capability;

6. Prior experience in specialized testing fields such as security and white-box testing is preferred;

7. Experience in testing within the blockchain domain is preferred.
