Job Responsibilities:

1. Design system operation and maintenance solutions and infrastructure in accordance with the company's strategic and business development requirements, and formulate operation and maintenance work strategies and plans;

2. Responsible for the training and management of the relevant operation and maintenance team, enhancing the overall technical capability of the team;

3. Develop a deep understanding of various business systems across business lines, research, plan, and establish operation and maintenance management platforms and tools that support large-scale clusters;

4. Lead the team to ensure stable and secure operation of the business, and be able to respond promptly to emergencies and track issues;

5. Continuously explore and research cutting-edge operation and maintenance, infrastructure technology directions, and tools to improve the delivery efficiency of the company's operation and maintenance and R&D;

6. Responsible for formulating operation and maintenance and basic resource demand plans, managing contracted resources, and effectively controlling costs.

Job Qualifications:

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or higher, with over 5 years of experience in operations or development in medium to large internet companies, and at least 2 years of experience in managing technical teams;

2. Proficient in distributed management, large-scale clusters, fault tolerance, backups, load balancing, and other technologies, with in-depth and rich experience in high availability architecture, capacity planning, and troubleshooting;

3. Possess strong engineering skills, with expertise in at least one subfield of operations or infrastructure, such as databases, SRE, DevOps, information security, or cloud-native;

4. Familiar with operations management experience on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, and Tencent Cloud;

5. Demonstrate excellent team management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and robust learning capabilities;

6. Practical and honest, with a strong overall perspective.
