Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop Growth Strategies: Participate in formulating the overall core strategy for user acquisition operations, understand the underlying logic and methodology of user growth, and be able to formulate and break down operational tasks for user acquisition and activation based on strategic objectives, taking responsibility for the final results.

2. Fine-Grained Customer Acquisition Operations: Gain an in-depth understanding of products, scenarios, and users related to the transaction platform, provide market/user insights, explore effective user acquisition and activation strategies, and offer product optimization requirements based on user behavior data.

3. User Engagement Operations: Deeply understand the product value, take responsibility for improving user engagement, increasing transaction volume, and enhancing user retention rates, while formulating operational strategies.

4. Re-engagement of Churned Users: Conduct thorough user research and analysis, develop retention strategies for existing users, and establish churn warning and re-engagement mechanisms.

5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration (Product, Operations, Marketing, etc.): Propose improvement plans for product and service experiences and drive implementation.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in strategic operations, product operations, and internet user products.

2. Experience in user growth operations at frontline internet companies or cryptocurrency trading platforms, with proven success in performance growth; familiarity with the operational systems, processes, and techniques of internet products; priority for those who have managed experiences with over a million users.

3. Goal-oriented, strong execution capabilities, and excellent judgment and decision-making skills; possesses a strong sense of purpose, responsibility, and organizational influence; proficient in driving rapid implementation of work.

4. Possesses keen product sense and insight, numerically literate, innovative thinker, and skilled in finding various methods to achieve growth objectives.

5. Excellent resource integration, project management, and business promotion abilities.

6. Strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English; a keen interest in blockchain and Web3 technologies, with a preference for those who are informed about industry trends.

7. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in marketing, finance, business management, or related fields.
