• Responsible for the management and training of the sales team within the region.
• Develop sales plans and targets to ensure performance goals are met.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Regularly report sales data and provide improvement suggestions.

Basic salary of 15,000. If sales exceed 10 units, a reward of 3,000 will be provided, totaling 18,000.

For every TV sold beyond 10 units, a reward of 100 will be given, and for every monitor sold, a reward of 50 will be given.

• Reimbursable work-related customer visit toll and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed on a case-by-case basis.
