We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance AMS lead to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization for Workday Finance applications. The role requires expertise across multiple Workday Finance functional areas, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business users to enhance system capabilities and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the configuration, issue resolution, and optimisation of Workday Financial Management modules
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective Workday solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance across core Workday Finance capabilities
• Conduct functional workshops, provide training to end users, and support UAT activities
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions
• Partner with HCM and Integration teams to ensure alignment and end-to-end support
• Support change management, data integrity, and system release cycles

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday Finance, with hands-on experience in a combination of the following areas:

• Banking and Settlement
• Procurement
• Supplier Accounts
• Endowments
• Financial Accounting
• Tax Configuration and Compliance
• Foundation Data Model (FDM)

• Projects (including Project Billing)
• Customer Accounts (including Customer Contracts)

• Expenses

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering or supporting Workday Financials implementations or AMS engagements
• In-depth understanding of financial operations and accounting principles
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Workday certification in relevant Finance modules is highly desirable
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
