Description
- Repair and maintain HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ensure workplace safety by fixing hazardous conditions.
- Perform general building maintenance, such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet compliance standards.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
