Description

  1. Connect technology and applications to drive product implementation and commercialization;
  2. Analyze market demands and user pain points to formulate product strategies;
  3. Establish partnerships with Web3 ecosystem partners (such as wallets, DEX, blockchain gaming projects, etc.);
  4. Coordinate cross-departmental teams to advance project progress;
  5. Have in-depth research on token economic model design;
  6. Participate in brand content output to enhance industry awareness;
  7. Conduct technical research and track cutting-edge developments in blockchain technology and its ecosystem;
  8. Deeply explore innovative applications in the technology field to promote the implementation of technical research.

Requirements

  1. Overseas study background, fluent in English, able to use it as a working language (essential)
  2. Preferred background as a co-founder in an international Web3 team;
  3. Familiar with the principles and ecosystems of mainstream public chains such as Ethereum, Solana, and Polkadot;
  4. Preferred background in hard-core technology for Layer 1 or Layer 2 projects;
  5. Preference for candidates with a research and development background and experience in technical research;
  6. Experience related to product or business development is preferred.
