- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Hospitality or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Taking orders, serving food and drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with variable hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, and reliable personality with strong work ethic.
