Descripción
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
- Manage bills and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Assist in setting up and resetting tables.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong hospitality skills, customer-oriented, proficient in waitering, and capable of quick service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and potential evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
