We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to customer needs promptly and professionally.

1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when necessary.
3. Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
4. Ensure that guests’ dining experience is pleasant, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
5. Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
6. Process customer payments through the POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and other methods of payment.
7. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
8. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
9. Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
10. Be knowledgeable about menu items, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.

1. College Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Industry
2. Previous experience as a server or in the food and beverage industry is a plus but not required.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve guest complaints professionally.
6. Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays or dishes for extended periods.
7. A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
