Description
- Create attractive displays, manage inventory, and assist in sales training.
- Develop and execute visually appealing merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand presentation.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize displays.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Conduct regular assessments of store layout and product placement.
- Train staff on visual standards and merchandising techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong merchandising knowledge, inventory management, excellent teamwork, and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, requiring flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong work ethic, and effective public speaking abilities.
